Concert Terms and Conditions • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. • Seating is divided into Women’s and Men’s sections. Guests must book in the section that matches their group composition: – If the group is mostly women with one male (e.g., brother), they must book in the Women’s Section. – If the group is mostly men with one female (e.g., mother), they must book in the Men’s Section. • Please stay in the section you booked, moving between the men’s and women’s areas inside the venue won’t be allowed. • Entry for guests who only hold concert tickets ,without the general event ticket, will enter 30 minutes before the concert starts. • We are not responsible for tickets purchased through unofficial sellers or the black market. • Please behave respectfully towards all attendees and staff at all times. • Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the venue • Photography and video recording may take place during the concert and may be used for promotional purposes. • Any disruptive, inappropriate or non-compliant behaviour may result in removal from the event • By completing your booking or entering the venue, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
