TERMS & CONDITIONS This event is organised by Newcastle Kuwait Society (“the Organisers”). By purchasing a ticket and/or attending, you agree to the following: ⸻ 1. Tickets All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by law. ⸻ 2. Entry Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket. ⸻ 3. Minors Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The Organisers accept no responsibility for minors attending without supervision. ⸻ 4. Fire Safety This is a bonfire event. By attending, you acknowledge and agree that: • Open fire will be present • You must maintain a safe distance at all times • Do not throw objects into the fire • You must follow all instructions given by the Organisers Failure to comply may result in removal without refund. ⸻ 5. Personal Responsibility Attendance is entirely at your own risk. The Organisers are not responsible for: • Burns, injuries, or accidents related to the bonfire • Unsafe behaviour by attendees • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings ⸻ 6. Conduct All attendees must behave responsibly. Any unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate removal without refund. ⸻ 7. Food & Allergy Disclaimer Food will be served at this event. Attendees are solely responsible for informing the Organisers of any allergies, dietary requirements, or medical conditions prior to consuming any food. The Organisers do not guarantee that food is free from allergens and accept no liability for allergic reactions, food-related illness, or any adverse effects arising from consumption. All consumption is at the attendee’s own risk. ⸻ 8. Alcohol & Substances All attendees must comply with UK laws. No illegal substances are permitted. ⸻ 9. Weather Conditions This is an outdoor event. The event will proceed regardless of weather unless deemed unsafe by the Organisers. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions. ⸻ 10. Event Changes / Cancellation Event details may be subject to change. If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be contacted. ⸻ 11. Liability Waiver To the fullest extent permitted by law: The Organisers shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, claim, or incident arising from or in connection with this event. ⸻ 12. Photography & Media By attending, you consent to photography and video recording for promotional use.
